I’m pregnant, and my doctor sent me in for an elevated heart rate of 148. I get there and the receptionist was nothing but rude.nI was already out of breathe from my heart rate, extremely dizzy and had bad pelvic pain. So I sit. I had been in the same seat for what seemed like a few hours. Then a younger male sat two seats down from me. The receptionist seemed to hurry over to make me move. I didn’t respond. So she then had the guy move over a seat and yelled “ma’am!” and wouldn’t leave me alone until I got up and moved as well.nI felt like I was treated like a child being scolded by their parent for doing something wrong. Several people began staring after she raised her voice to me. Extremely unprofessional!nnThe doctors in the back were nice and so were the nurses. But that receptionist should look for a job away from other people if she treats them like that.

After dealing with an ear infection of truly horrendous proportions (and I'm talking dizziness, stabbing pain, nausea, the whole kit and kaboodle), Dr. Pope took one look at me and immediately prescribed me a much better medication regiment than the one I had received at the La Grange ICC- Norton. I haven't even been out of the E.R. for 3 hours and I feel better than I have in *weeks*, almost no pain at all. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Don't even bother going anywhere else if you don't have to.

Called and the receptionist was immediately rude and nonchalant. I even got hung up on during my follow-up question. Definitely dodged the bullet by calling first.

Baptist is a joke not organized and not clean. You maybe dying but you'll be waiting in the waiting room still waiting on triage for 4 plus hours shame. New management is seriously needed left here after 3 hrs in waiting room and found a hospital took me right away. Over hall this hospital on all locations this is shameful
