Couldn't seem to get regular service provided. Ran out of CO2 on numerous occasions at our brand new restaurant. Had to tell customers we couldn't sell them beer or soda because our provider wasn't delivering. We're days away from cutting NUCO2's product out and leaving it in the street for pickup. Too frustrated to continue to have to wait on you guys...

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you have any alternative, do not use this company. Have been trying to get service on our equipment for over six months.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Terrible business. If you're looking to get CO2 I would certainly go elsewhere. Left shocked and angry.
