This company is AMAZING! I placed 10 separate orders and goofed a couple things up so when I called them, they not only offered to fix it right away, when I also asked if they could put a note into each one, they wrote them, handwritten exactly how I wanted it. Fantastic customer service and a excellent product. Everyone that received one was quite pleased. If you are looking for a teacher, mother's day, birthday, anniversary, wedding gift, consider these. Oh, and top it off, there was free shipping! I will continue to support this awesome business.

Truelux candles are amazing! They are handmade from natural products and melt at two degrees above body temperature so you can dip a finger in the melted pool around the wick and apply it as a lotion. The scents are fantastic!

The staff at Truelux have time and time again absolutely blown me away with their customer service and friendliness! I purchased a neon light there, which unfortunately turned out to be faulty, but they were so understanding and replaced it completely. Amazing store with great products and people!

Stopped in here briefly around closing time to browse. After a sweet & enthusiastic greeting we were able to sample the candle/lotion, as well as the sugar scrub. Both smelled divine, and are soft beyond belief. I was impressed by their customer service & superior quality of the products. Ended up buying 3 candles & a sugar scrub— can’t wait to go back to get more. So amazing!

Such a great little shop. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm. The candles are my favorite product of the store. The candles burn safely and much longer than most. The candles are lotion candles. This makes it perfect for your own enjoyment or having a tender moment with your significant other and applying it to their body. Don’t be shy to ask about other scents. The woman at the counter had just poured other scents which were not on display. There is also a sweet four legged dog that welcomes you into the store. I am definitely a return customer!
