OC and E Woods Line State Trail

Great flat, paved rails-to-trails with lots of history. I especially like the caboose on display and crossing the irrigation canal on the old railroad bridge

They have a nice dog park. But bring water.

Paved walking and bike riding , the busier road crossings now have crossing lights.

I enjoy walking on this trail; its away from traffic, people wave or say hi as you walk by.nPeople do need to either pick up after their dog or don't let it poo/pee on the pavement.

There was a volunteer in the caboose who asked us to sign the guest book and told us the history on display around the interior. She was very friendly, I repeat a volunteer, unpaid and she was unflappable if you tried to through a curve ball to get her to trip up. She didn't.
