Jordan and the administrative staff at the outpatient rehabilitation clinic were great. Jordan helped inform me about what is wrong with my ankle and what we can do to help get it back in fighting shape. We started my exercises and I noticed some improvement almost immediately. Can't wait to work with Jordan again, and finally get rid of this old injury.

Jake along with the balance of the staff including Kelly Jessica and the rest of the girls in this facility are phenomenal and should be recommended and congratulated for such an outstanding job and precision work in their career. I cannot think each and every one of them for doing such a wonderful job with me in my recovery.nI want to say thank you personally to each and every one of the staff members for being part of my recovery thank you so very much. I just want to add that it's up to the individual who is in there seeking help looking for recovery to make it upon themselves to have a beneficial outcome.nThis was at the recommendation of Hannah Hartman who is an outstanding doctor for Cascade Medical system..

Having yet to be able to secure an appointment, my experience has been ongoing frustration with the overall lack of consistent follow through via the telephone. The office phone message states that calls will be returned the next working day. This has been a partly true message while at the same time it has been mostly inaccurate. When we have been able to talk, the staff has been very professional, yet after numerous calls there still is no appointment for me. There is awareness that I am not easy to reach during the day, none-the-less, this present experience has been going on for approximately 9 working days. All that is being sought is an appointment or the reasons how come this still has not taken place.

Mother has had fantastic people who evolve their methods as her mobility issues continue. We have been to three other physical therapists. The Sky Lakes staff is the best.
