Ross Dress for Less

It's just a Ross store

They don't have a lot of inventory. Many of their shows don't have squat on them. it looks like they're going out of business but they say they're not. Somebody will have to convince me that Ross is not in some sort of trouble before I return to this store. Went to a store on the Oregon coast it was stopped full. Just saying. I love Ross but I don't love this one

The fitting rooms were closed, but they said their return policy would extended. I don't get out much, so that seemed reasonable. I was past the 30 days as was expected, but I had receipts tags attached. The items had been sitting in the ross bag since I got them. They would only offer me store credit instead of putting it back on my card. The gal at the register was really sweet, and the manager backed her up without hesitation. I would have shopped there on my return day, but forcing me to only take store credit is baloney. If I didn't have a receipt, I get that. The store staff is the one who said the policy would be extended for the situation. Eventually I'll spend my store credit, but that's the last of my money I'll spend there.

Shelves were fuller than normal, nice to see them getting stocked back up.

Didn't have what I was looking for, but left with an armful of stuff anyways. The clerk was really nice and i was offered help more than once by employees around the store. Great place.
