Great office staff. Dr. Graham is friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Felt very confident about information. Offered options to correct my vision that worked best for me.

Worst experience. First they said they were a preferred provider of my insurance. I always ask before making appts. I asked again when doing my paperwork. Then I get a bill for a service my insurance covers 100% for preferred providers. Then there was the typewriter they use. Wth? That was my first instinct something was off. After waiting forever with only one other patient there I was put in a room of antiques, clowns. I hate clowns. Again left forever. After my eyes were dilated another 40 minutes I waited. Honestly I felt like I was in the 1970s. I do not recommend . There is a time to retire.

Dr. Graham was amazing- she got my son in immediately after an injury at school and took care of him promptly. I was very impressed and recommend her highly!
