Bi-Mart Pharmacy

Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist goes beyond what he had to do.nI forgot my phone the other day and couldn't find the number I meant to call at customer service. In a calm, unruffled way he looked up the number I needed. His attitude and manner inspire confidence that the pharmacy staff really do like their work.

The people are very nice. But they need to remodel the place. It's all very tight and small. Not much room for anything. Things are kind of falling apart.

The folks that work Bi Mart pharmacy are the best. They take great care of your needs and will always go that extra mile to help. Also, they are an Oregon worker owned store. That's why I keep coming back. They care about me.

Pharmacist has very good customer service. Not so with woman at counter when I went inside with my Bimart card, picked up 6 store items and went to pharmacy counter. She asked me if I was there to pick up a script, I said yes and gave my name. Then she laughed ud83dude33 I guess it was at my 6 items, so I ask what was funny and she was too embarrassed to reply!! WOW!! Humble yourself and apologize for your inappropriate behavior! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Best pharmacy in town. I have always feel welcome there. I don't have enough b problems getting my meds. I always get called by my name.Because I have been there for along time.
