Went there to buy a python. They first told me I needed to buy the reptile kit that was over $280 and the snake was $80. I told them no I will build my own kit and buy the snake for the price of the reptile kit itself. Then when I asked for the snake employees ( which were already irritated because I knew what I was doing) checked my cart and said I needed a heating pad and the nano light I picked out wasn't sufficient for him. I told them no I do not need no heating pad for a snake. They almost didn't give me the snake until I told them I'm experienced in pythons and I will get what I want and spend what I want. So I spent $280 total. Which was way less than they wanted me to spend. A week later I went there to get a mouse to feed my python. The mouse had fleas and Left fleas in my snakes habitat. I went there and told them about it. Instead of apologizing and offering to fix the issue, they told me I didn't know what I was talking about and nice don't get fleas. I informed them it says right on google they do! Then they tried to say my python probably has mites. And asked where I got my python and how long ago I got it. I informed them I bought it there a week ago and no my snake did not have mites and if it did then it would be their problem. They didn't say anything else and I walked out. I will never spend another dime in that store! And I will report to corporate what kind of employees they have working there and they blame the customers and also lie to their customers! Worthless place. I highly suggest you do not but any pets through that disgusting place! I had to give one star to be able to leave a review. They don't deserve a single one!

Always a pleasure to shop here, the staff is friendly and they have a wide variety of products! I did my first online order for curbside pickup which was super easy! I noticed a few items were unavailable for pick-up (probably due to my window of availability to pick-up) but the option to ship it to my home for free was there if you can wait 1-3 days...unfortunately I could not for fear of my dog turning into an even bigger drama queen. This is my go to for anything pet related!

Employees are always super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection. And you can bring your best friend inside. Whats not to love!

The woman who helped me was beyond helpful and really knew what she was talking about! I appreciated her common sense. She didn't just want to sell me something she wanted to make sure I knew what I needed and what that would require. Thank you!

Two thumbs up on being able to hire staff that can spontaneously disappear! Been there more than once and had to find items on my own. Good thing I know what I'm looking for, but some people there were desperately looking for answers... and may still be.
