St Mary Star of the Sea

Great Catholic church with plenty of seating , & lots of vibrant colors. Church services are very nice along with the congregation. The pastor how ever is hard to understand sometimes due to his accent , but he has a very warm & friendly personality about him. It can be contagious. ☺

When I lived in Astoria, I attended this Church. Free parking. Novis Orto. Used to sing for the liturgy in the early 80's

We go to mass at the seaside catholic church ,! But in the Astoria gym at night ? They have alot of reasonable prices for kids to learn how to play soccer ? My granddaughter loves the nice couch and shes starting to catch on fast on how to play soccer ? Its year round ? Plus they are also starting up a jitzue classes starting soon after soccer practice ? And both have wonderful coach and are cheap enough for us to afford our son to pay for our granddaughter to go ? She loves both the soccer and is excited to start juztzu ? She gets alot of positive from the coach and is starting to get good ? Its keeping her active. ? And she's having alot of fun !

Wonderful. Easy parking, friendly parishioners, good music. Great sermon.
