This company has the best quality of work that I have seen. Being in colder conditions make sure you get the Micro foil insulation, any steel building would condensate and eventually create mold without a moisture barrier. They build beautiful buildings and are very professional from beginning to end! Highly recommend!

Hit bedrock when Joe was digging holes for the posts. Joe and MQS worked through the problem with our county permitting office, and got the job done. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Joe and his sons putting our building up. I'd recommend MQS to anyone looking for a shop.

They are getting a very bad reputation, even the building inspector talks about how poorly the building is designed. Basically setup to fail. The MQS salesman makes it sound great like your saving a bunch of money!! But you end up with a building plagued with problems. Valley Powersports in Pinehurst is full of mold. MQS wont stand behind the problem.

Low standards on quality. The buildings condensate and drip like crazy. No vapor barrier or ventilation to prevent this. I guess you do get what you pay for. MQS sells cheap buildings and doesn’t care about the quality. Less than 1 year old and it’s starting to mold. I thought i was saving $7,000 but now my building needs $20,000 in repairs.

DONT BUY!!!! MQS is out building low quality buildings for ultra cheap. Do your research. Hire a local contractor that actually builds quality. Dont waste your money on cheap MQS junk. The building sweat and drip water then get moldy.
