Great physical therapy, knowledgeable with the latest techniques, professional with the billing and front desk personnel. I love that they text my appointment time 2 days before as a reminder. The clinics were very careful during the pandemic to keep people safe. The best is that they really care about their patients.

I have had excellent treatment from Hannah and her associate. They take time in a relaxed and thoughtful manner to address my concerns. I am improving, slow but sure. They give me doable exercises to continue at home.nI ‘d recommend them to others.

I have been going here for 2 years now. I highly recommend PPPT to everyone. The staff always has been congenial and knowledgeable. My physical self has improved dramatically; however, that said, I still have some issues that are many years old that still need to be treated. The front staff always treats me professionally and in a timely manner. My therapist, Callyn, is moving, and I will miss her tremendously. Again, I recommend PPPT without hesitation.

My doctor sent a referral to them over a month ago. I called to make an appointment and was hung up on. I called again and they said they didn't get the referral. When I told the lady on the phone I was hung up on the first time she made snide comments like I was lieing. I had the doctor send it again and called the same day to make an appointment. I got the voice mail and left a message. They called me back and left a voicemail. When I got the message I called them back and again got the voicemail. I left a message. It has been two weeks and I haven't gotten a call. I have again called and got the voicemail and have left yet another message. Mean while my migraines and nerve damage continues to rage on with what looks like no relief in sight with peak for physical therapy.nUPDATE: finally I got thru to peak and was told because I am having an issue which was due to being treated poorly by the person on the phone I should seek treatment elsewhere. The only problem i had was the lack of professionalism. I was told the owner said this. Well I know if i owned a business and a customer had issues I as the owner would get in contact with the person and try and solve it or at least see if it could be made right at minimal I would get both sides of the story before turning away business. The best advertisement, good or bad, is word of mouth. I know many many people and will keep letting them know how I was treated.
