I have been absolutely disappointed by my experience with loan officer corey cremer. From having to send same documents multiple times to him saying he is taking care of updating that I have insurance and not doing it so I continue to get letters saying I need insurance that I already paid for on a structure that doesn't even exist. Complete lack of follow through or communication when I refinance i will be moving my mortgage policy elsewhere.
I went to first security bank in hamilton a couple weeks ago and it took 20 minutes for the teller to transfer money to my checking account. The second time I came the teller put money on my checking account, and then when I went to a store to make a purchase my card was denied even though I had just put money on my account. When I called the the bank thr lady I spoke with was rude and didn't understand my embarrassing situation at the store. Then I was put on hold and after 15 minutes of sitting there I hung up. I am going to switch banks immediately and I would never recomend using this bank!
