I have an out of state worker’s compensation claim going. With that I first need to find a doctor willing to take my case but then the fee scales are different for both states which makes it a little more complicated for me to be seen! Dr Jarrett agreed to see me for a conciliation to see if he would even take my case. But in the mean time the appointment date was coming up and my case worker at the time was still working out the fee scale issues. I felt until I knew they would cover the cost it was best for me with traveling 3 hours one way it best to cancel. I called after hours and left a detailed messages stating I was canceling ALSO I received the automated voice call in which I also canceled the appointment!!!! I then received a letter stating I was a NO show. I called them up to explain that I wasn’t a no show and want it fixed in my chart. The receptionist then put me on hold to talk with Dr Jarrett nurses. When she came back on the line she says they will see me next Thursday! I told her that I wasn’t trying to reschedule now because of bad roads and the holidays, that I just wanted it fixed in my chart for early January. She then said” the nurse said if you don’t take this appointment that Dr Jarrett requests I seek treatment elsewhere!!!!!! Ummmmm what!! It’s mid December with snow in the forecast for next week plus 3 hours drive. Wow

Dr. Jarrett and Nurse Erica are incredible medical providers. Not only did they listen to my concerns about my ankle and give me options rather than mandates- they very obviously care about each patient they come into contact with. Not once did either person check the time or rus me, and they made sure any questions I had were answered completely before I left.nnMy experience with Dr. Jarrett and all the Missoula Bone and Joint staff I've met has been stellar. Dr. Jarrett, Erica and the complete staff at MBJ are consistently professional, courteous, and on time. Dr. Jarrett always explains everything in a manner that is easily understood and translates information regarding all aspects of care pre and post surgically into easily remembered sound bites. Dr. Jarrett did an ankle joint replacement for me one year ago and the process from beginning to end was seamless and successful! Thank you all!
