I had my 2nd covid shot today through Western Montana Clinic. As I was waiting in line watching the nurses administer them, I noticed one nurse in particular. I was there at noon and she was at station #2. As I watched her, administer it, she would wipe the pts arm with alcohol,and give the vaccine. The pt left and she would fill up 2 more syringes with the vaccine using the same gloves she had just used on the prior patient!!!! Nothing was ever wiped down!!!! While I was waiting after my vaccine, I watched her do this several more times. Only changing her gloves when a supervisor was present. I continued to watch the other nurses. They all wiped table and chair and removed their dirty gloves for the next patient. I, of course asked for a supervisor. Being in the dental field I am well aware of cross contamination. I explained this to the supervisor and mentioned that I would never use the same pair of gloves to administer anesthetic or use the same gloves on 2 different patients. Getting the vaccine is the whole point of trying to prevent the spread of covid!!!!! I understand it isn't the same as the mouth, but, how clean was the person before me and the person before them and so on!!!! We are all doing our part and she needs to do hers!!!! What is this nurse like in a clinical or hospitals setting. I was assured that the matter would be handled even calling again after I left. I hope that this matternwas taken seriously as promised. My health and the health of many others could be effected by the laziness of 1 single persons actions!!!!

I have been a patient here for 30 years. They laid off my primary care provider and refuse to give me an appointment saying none of their providers are taking new patients. They said I could submit a new patient request but it would be low priority. They should have publicized that they were firing their longtime patients and abandoning existing patients. They clearly have abandoned all responsibilities to the community. Seek care anywhere else.

First time patient in OB. TAYLOR the phlebotomist was amazing & fast didn’t hurt and only took one time to get my blood. She was Great!! The two ladies upfront in intake were sweet and very kind to my daughter which made me feel very comfortable. The sonographer was nice as well.

A nurse, and one of the remote zoom counselors didn’t use my correct pronouns, then the nurse got mad and exasperated after the fourth of fifth time we asked her to use my correct pronouns, then she passive aggressively used them and made us uncomfortable. Made us wait for long amounts of time even though we were literally the only ones there, the nurse also forgot her mask at one point. I was also told a therapist would call me the next day to talk with me and get me set up with a therapist and possible medications (since I had a safe place to go and they had no beds). Never heard from the therapist.

Full of caring, compassionate nurses, doctors and ultrasound techs. I always feel heard, tended to and validated in my care.
