Great people and extremely fast. Stacey Riffe was very compassionate and seemed like she really cared about my problems. I recommend her 100%.

Thank you Community Medical Center for bringing this gift to Frenchtown! Stacey Riffe-Paul is amazing sand so compassionate! She actually listened to my problems and Amy RN responds to my calls . The registration staff are fantastic ! I live 13 miles one way to Frenchtown and this a blessing ! Dr J . Quirck is so smart ! Never backed away from a problem ! Super Job ! I can actually talk to these people about real things in a community I live in and they understand our lifestyle!

Barely deserves a star. They WERE my provider and knew my history. I called for assistance and was given an appointment two weeks out!! I called numerous times (once in tears) and they didn’t even have the decency to call me back. I am appalled at the level of care here and I will NEVER return.

If I could leave ZERO stars I absolutely would. Last I checked it’s unethical and illegal to turn away a patient seeking medical care. I’m visitng my inlaws a few towns over that happens to be 5 min away. I was hit by a feral kitten that was emaciated and sickly. To err on the said of caution i felt it was necessary to seek medical attention just in case. The nearest WALK IN CLINIC was this facility. At 3pm I walked in and asked to see a doctor. I was told by the receptionist that they weren’t taking any more walk ins because they had 4 people ahead of me and they had no more time. I was willing to wait but was turned away. It was 3 pm, how was the receptionist to know if I’d be there past the time they close at 4:45??!! I was told I had to drive to Missoula to their other location that’s open till 6 and to seek medical attention there. All while my hand was bleeding from a deep bite. Like I said, I would’ve gladly waited my turn. If you’re not going to take walk ins then I suggest you remove that part of your practice. It’s disgisting that you turned away someone seeking medical attention. As someone who works in the medical field, I know that this is deeply frowned upon regardless of what state you’re in. I’ll make sure to file the right complaints with the proper channels.
