Today, employee Debra went out of her way and above and beyond to make my experience a great one. She showed me exactly what I was looking for, make it accessible for me immediately, and did it all quickly and with a smile on her face. This customer service is what makes people want to come back.

We had Robert as our puppy trainer and he is wonderful!!! What a kind person. He gave us great tips for potty training and positive reinforcement. He helped us find the right products for the puppy &was super helpful.

My in store trip was fine. Staff was helpful. But I have tried 2 different days to save myself a trip to the store and the people there refuse to answer the phone!!! When I eventually get someone by pressing the grooming extension. I get put on hold..which turned into listening to a dog bark for 5 minutes..then hung up on. This is why only 3 stars.

Good service. Good price. Delivery to home is an option using web site to purchase. Good selection of products.
