The 5-day pack trip to Tetons was fantastic!  Deb and Kevin are warm and friendly.  They are patient with the young and the old (our group was aged 13 to 70) , the experienced and the complete novice.  The mountains are breathtakingly beautiful. The horses were sure footed and forgiving.  Boone the wonder dog was friendly and loving and everyone wanted to take the Australian shepherd home.  I would use Dry Ridge outfitters again and again.  Saddle bags nicely hold trail gear, like water bottles, binoculars, or a trail snack.  There is much to do when getting ready in the morning or after a ride, but people can do as little or much as they are comfortable with.  Everyone in our group gladly helped groom and saddle with particular care for their own horse for the week.  Bring a pair of work gloves getting the horses ready, they are not needed for riding.  The cooking was great, and it was nice not having to worry about helping with that task, Greg was a terrific camp cook for our trip -- master of the dutch oven.  Our trip was in mid August and the fields were covered in blooming wildflowers and virtually no bugs!

What an incredible experience!!!!!! Deb and Kevin had such positive attitudes and were all about fun. They made everyone feel comfortable and safe. They provided great home cooked meals in old fashioned dutch ovens and stoves when we could not have a fire. Their horses are beautiful and loved. Their horses have a lot of common sense and do not spook easily. Their tents and equipment were very well maintained and clean. I would go on a trip with them again in a heartbeat.

Awesome experience! I loved my first year's 5 day pack trip so much I have gone back now for a total of 3 years of 5 day pack trips. Each year is a new experience of beauty in nature. There are mountains to climb and play in the snow, grassland meadows, beautiful streams to roaring rapids and waterfalls. Kevin and Deb are wonderful hosts and great cooks. The horses are well trained and comfortable to ride. I have been to other rides in other states but Dry Ridge is by far my favorite.nSara

We had a blast on our trail ride with Dru Ridge outfitters!! Kevin and Trisha were our guides and couldn't of been better! It was our 7yr old daughters first ride and they did a great job with her on our half day ride. The guides we're so much fun and the horses were great. You couldn't ask for a better outfitter!

Went out and loved it! We saw quite a few elk and got to hear their bugling! The horses were really great, did exactly as you would want them to! And our guides were great. Loved it!
