Nice place and service, but you pay for it through multiple high add-on fees. $300 cleaning fee... for this extra fee it seems like as the guest you shouldn't need to touch a thing before leaving, but required to still do dishes, remove bedding and empty all trash bins. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind doing these things, but then let's be fair and not charge an excessive cleaning fee either.
