Duffel Donkey is amazing. They crated and shipped oversized furniture for me. Showed up last minute on a Saturday to help me move items to storage. Very professional, kind and really very helpful. I highly recommend.
On time, very friendly, careful, and worked quickly. No problem moving a large couch through an awkward space, would definitely recommend!
Steve and Ulrick were courteous, thoughtful, efficient, and full of good humor. They asked for direction when appropriate and cleaned up their (our!) mess. Ulrick has a great eye for balance, when it comes to decor and furniture placement. it was a pleasure to work with both of them.
These guys were great to work with. Contracted with them to receive rolls of carpet and padding that could only be shipped to commercial address. Prompt and friendly communication throughout the process, including working with the online store and freight companies directly. Immediately reported possible damage to me so that store could follow up, and then same day delivery once they had everything in hand. All in all took the hassle of receiving a large delivery of goods off my hands.
The entire Duffel Donkey team made moving a total breeze. From planning the move, to the actual physical aspect. Steve + Mason went above and beyond to make the stressful move that much easier. So appreciative of their hard work. Thank you guys!
