Booked a spot online in a pinch. Needed storage immediately. The company knew I was coming. Knew I had a tight schedule and when I arrived no one was there. They had a number posted, would not answer. They answered the booking company and refused to let them patch me over and asked I call in 5 minutes. So I did... over and over to no answer so I cancelled and went elsewhere. I wasted hours today waiting on them. Go anywhere else!
Taking this down to one star. Their normal two day a week hours are inconvenient, but when they aren't even there for that, it's downright irritating. Payments made via check take weeks to clear, the phones are never answered, and even when current the gate code rarely works. I am trying to sell my camper, but can't get in to clean it out or show it. This is costing me money. ETA: Someone was nice enough to steal the battery from my camper while it was there.
Couldn’t get in to get our trailer. We have paid every month for years. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone to open the gate. Was unable to get our trailer for our family vacation. Ended up having to buy a tent so we could still go. Very annoying!!! Don’t go here unless you plan on being locked out!
Prices are good and the storage is safe.
We left our trailer at this place and when returning to get it, they keypad did not work. Another customer showed up and the key pad didnt work for him either. We called more than 60 times over a period of 24 hours during a week day and left countless of messages and no one responded nor called us back. Luckily for us a manager happened to show up to pick up some stuff and let us in after he also struggled with the gate. We had to pay for a hotel since we couldnt get in and this was a huge inconvinience for us not only for the money but also because we were on a very tight travelling schedule. Beware of this place! You may end up having your stuff locked in there for days and no one cares! Most irresponsible and unprofessional company!
