Not that great. Short trail. Weird pee-like smell coming from surrounding area
Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and they refuse to even provide soap to wash your hands. Front steps are falling apart, surrounded by hazard tape for months with no sign of being repaired any time soon. Management tends to be grumpy and unhelpful. Even the buses have constant issues with coin machine not working, etc. Whole station just seems utterly neglected in contrast to Haverhill's efforts to clean up it's image. Maybe some of that money spent redeveloping downtown could be used here??
I just wanted the street address, and I can't get it.
Busses either too early or late. drivers constantly ignore flag downs. Facility looks filthy and old.
