Today I went because I needed to get rid of my pain and figure why I could no longer bend my Left Hand Ringer Finger... I wanted to be able to see Dr. George Nicola who had fixed another problem I had on my Wrist about 17 years ago and I never had to return to see him but he was not available for this appointment.... So I got scheduled and I was introduced to a wonderful, nice and very professional Dr. Robert Hansen.... What a Wonderful Dr. Thank you for having both of these Doctors there to help many of us with such pains.... Keep up the wonderful work!

My first visit with Dr. Hansen is turning out to be my last one. I was able to get an appointment that worked for me and was told to show up a little early for paperwork. No problems so far. I was checked in by a very efficient and polite receptionist. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I noticed the receptionist letting me know that I was still on the list to be seen. Again, OK and then a nurse came out and called me back. I got to the room for a few questions and then the x-ray guy came in for pictures. This took about 10 minutes and now back to the room and am told just a few more minutes. 20 minutes go by and I stick my head out to ask about how much longer?. The nurse said any time now and back inside I went. Now the walls are paper thin at this clinic and the nurse's station is right next door and the nurses are now saying things about me and aren't I special and now I can hear the doctor and they tell him that I impatient and they all get a good chuckle. By now, I am beginning to wonder what kind of doctor I had chosen seeing as unprofessional his staff was acting. He came in , introduced himself and then looked at my hand. Told me what he thought it to be and gave me a shot which did make it feel a little better, told me to give it 2 weeks and see where it is at that time. I tell him, I will do that and he is starting to usher me out, when I asked about the xrays that were taken and did they show him anything? His reply was, oh he took xrays, let's take a look. Said I had arthritis and not much else. I think I will be looking for another doctor for this procedure.

I was in so much pain with my thumb injury I had for 3 months, even my family doctor couldn't help. Thank god I came across Dr.Hansen with good reviews and took a chance even though I was hesitant. I'm sure glad I went, he knew my problem right away and gave me a cortisone shot. Now my thumb is back to normal usage! He's so nice and a gentle soul!! I recommend him to anyone!!
