Very friendly service. They made the rental process fast and easy. I Called ahead and they had all the paperwork ready for me very convenient would definitely recommend.

Not very professional to deny access to my storage unit without even a hint of a notice. Didnt find out until I went to access my unit for jumper cables that was desperately needed that I was put on restrictions. Had to call to find out why. Apparently because I had been at my unit for longer then they approved of. Well I'm sorry that I didn't have anything in my unit organized because I had to have people that I didn't know help me pack and move. Not by choice it was very unfortunate my situation and now I'm being taken advantage of again by this facility. When I asked why I didn't receive any notice Rochelle rudley replied she did not have to notify me of restrictions. Excuse me but I wanted a storage unit where I would have access to all my belongings and I signed the lease for 24 hour access with the weather changing I need things and have a hard time finding them because I don't know where everything is.i realize people may loiter because of other reasons but I was also trying to consolidate this unit so I wasn't paying for two. But thats my fault and now I've got to take time out of the day to access my belongings from 9 to 5 because of Rochelle unfair judgement ? Not very fair or compassionate or professional in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have even paid early for my unit.
