HORRIBLE — I was trapped insidennAfter doing a quick visit in my car, I noticed there was no code to exit (only to get in). To leave they have some sort of motion/weight sensor. I tried calling and there was no answer, so I emailed asking if my motorcycle would be enough to open the gate and let me exit. They said it would be fine (knowing it’s only 300lbs, and not a giant Harley)nnIt did not work. I was trapped inside. During business hours. Chain calling the office didn’t have any affect (still no one answered), even though I could clearly see someone in a white coupe parked illegally in the office parking lotnnLuckily someone else was inside and I followed them out when they left. About 25 minutes after I tried to leave.nnI sent them an email about my experience and it went unanswered for a month before I sent another, and they tried making it my fault by asking if it was outside business hours etc etc and not a single apology. Outrageous!

Prices WERE reasonable but with NO-NOTICE they doubled our rent. We had them taking the rent out automatically so it wasn't until the extra large debit appeared on our bank account did we become aware of the increase. If they want to raise rates like this they had better pave the lot and provide after hours access to the covered storage. Access to this lot is padlocked so you have to get your larger vehicles out when somebody's in the office.nSeveral years ago while we were in Arizona for the winter we got word our storage unit had flooded (yes, we had more than 1 unit). They did provide us with another unit but we had to get our kids to move everything. And no relief on the price for our trouble.nWith the higher prices they're charging now, I highly recommend going to one of the nicer storage facilities. They think they can charge the same as the nicer, newer places without fixing theirs up.

Yes the prices are reasonable, for now. We have recieved a notice that our rent is going to double at the first if the year. In May we came to pick up our camper and our tire chocks and cotter pins were stolen. This morning we came to get our camper and the batteries had been stolen even cutting the cables. Avoid this place unless you don't care about your items.

Very clean and pleasant to work with. I like the shelf’s that we’re provided in my unit. They help make it more organized! Only issue I’ve had is our unit it hard to open. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.
