We have been renting here since 2009. The rent has gone up almost every six months. I have a great spot, its very close to my house, and is the only reason I have not went looking for another storage. Covered RV storage is limited in the area, and an open spot this size is hard to come by. So be prepared for Expensive fee, poor customer service, and your rate going up every six months. No discount for long term renter. I would go to the other storage place down the street, but they don't have the same size space (short 3-5feet). They are cheaper. Someone could make a killing with an RV storage covered lot here in Star. $199 a spot per month would be great.

I love the facilities and the climate-controlled options, wish they had later entry hours but that's about it.

Horrible place to rent. Get moved in and boom...price increase. Door slide never has worked. Was to fix twice and never did. Tell you one thing but don't honor it.nHave 2 sheds at Ten Mile self storage in Meridian. Much better place. But needed another and they were full.nThey will wish they gave better service when the new place opens up.

Office staff was very nice . place was super clean and sanitized

We store our trailer there,and we were there to pick it up for a RV outing.
