Valley Wide Country Store - Gooding

Love this store. Always willing to help. Clean, organized and has everything you need for a small farm and more. They help me load anything heavy and keep most things in stock and on the shelves. Some things seasonally out of stock and to be expected but they will order it and get it in for you. Great customer service and even gave me a free fountain drink with a large purchase. What more could you ask for?

I love valley country store however did you are going to post your hours of operation online you need to uphold those hours. Open til 10 pm Friday in your Gooding location. Does not mean that you are closed at 9:21pm on Friday night. I drove over 20 miles round trip cause your website said you would be open. So now I am out the fuel and unable to purchase what I needed from anywhere tonight and have to wait till morning. If I had known your hours were incorrect I would have just went to twin.

This hidden gem in Gooding has a little of everything. Grab some snacks, shop for feed, fill up your tank and get a car wash all in one stop. They also have an impressive selection of stylish western wear for both men and women including shoes, purses and jewelry. I love stopping in to see what is new!

I would have given this store o stars, but they had exactly what I needed, as always with the Valley Stores. I've been to many. But I have NEVER been to one with staff this unfriendly and rude. I am sorry that I inconvienced.. them so greatly. The Google site showed them closing soon. At 9:15 PM, I figured they closed at 10:00. They made it very clear to me that they closed at 9:00, even though the sign said open and doors were unlocked. I have in-laws that just moved here, so I'll be in town frequently. No worries though. I won't be back.

The only reason i put a one is that i couldnt go any lower. My son came into the store last night and had a lady there at the counter that was very very rude and unprofessional to him he asked about buying some pellets for me and he was answered with a very cranky and rude lady that told him can't you see that that section is closed not the right thing to say and when he asked her another question she was varied rude to him again now correct me if I'm wrong but when you're working in any place where you are customer service which is what I assume that this is you are to be professional and courteous and she was everything but that I will never ever go into that store again in a fi have my way about it she will not be working there I was so disappointed in this store
