After having neck pain for years, and going to PT and several Chiropractic Clinics I was lucky enough to get referred to Rock and Armor, Boise. Jarod is an excellent Physical Therapist! I also saw Caesar. Both men are very professional, easy to work with, and the best thing is that my neck feels better than it has in years! I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic and staff! Thanks to all at Rock & Armor!

Rock and Armor has one of the best Physical Therapist in Treasure Valley. I was suffering from frozen shoulder and Jerrod helped me get better range of motion within second visit. I highly recommend this place. They use latest highly efficient kit for healthy and speedy recovery. Absolutely recommend this place.

I LOVE JARROD AND HIS CREW at Rock and Armor. I recently tore my maniscus and Jarrod's techniques are literally keeping me out of surgery!! I hope forever. He provides one on one PT techniques always asking how I've been doing since I was last there. Nothing is rushed and he's very thorough. Cesar is fantastic too. So nice, talkative and well versed in his craft as Jarrod is of course too.nI would recommend Rock and Armor to anyone who wants professionals that truly take care of your physical issues while maintaining a friendly, supportive relationship.nThanks for all you are doing to help me through this challenging time.nDede Shelton

This place was absolutely amazing. I’ve been to my fair share of facilities over the past few years and this place is hands down the most professional and helpful. I felt like a professional athlete from all the treatment they offered me to help get my shoulder right. The staff is very helpful and respectful and easy to work with. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

I broke my back and dealt with it for years. I finally went to PT and had 20 appointments with a physical therapist here in the valley. I had very little improvement and was left thinking that either I will live with the pain for the rest of my life or I would get back surgery. I found Jerrod and gave it one more shot.nnHe has a large toolbox of therapy methods to help people regain their physical abilities. He used techniques with me that are cutting edge and extremely effective. Before I went to my first appointment with him I was experiencing chronic 4-6 out of ten on the pain scale and was probably 30-40% able to move like I wanted. This was going on for YEARS.nnI am now 95% pain free (the 5% is up to me to continue to work on my body) and am now on a path to becoming physically functional that I only dreamt about when I was injured.nnIt is not an exaggeration to say that Jerrod changed my life. I’ve had traditional PT before him and was not impressed. Jerrod is creative, inquisitive, light hearted and a pleasure to work with.nnI would highly encourage anyone that is dealing with a physical therapy related question to schedule an appointment. You will enjoy the experience and feel good to seek help from such a capable physical therapist. I would absolutely recommend him for anyone of my friends or family.
