I never had a problem and always had great service and everyone was great until this refill and person. I called my insurance and they told me to have them try again and if there was still a problem to have them call the insurance. Went back it still had a problem and of course the same person helped me. I gave them the insurance # and they said they would check. I checked with my insurance later and no one called. The insurance company looked and it and said it was fixed and it would be about 10 min and it would be good. I still never heard from prescription pad, so about a week or 2 later I went back down and again got the same person and they still hadn't done anything with my prescription like I was told they were going to. They ran it again and it went through, imagine that. This has been the only person I have ever had problems with and she acted like no big deal. I have stopped all my auto fills and are thinking of change back to my mail order.

The staff are very friendly. They are also knowledgeable and so helpful. I highly recommend going to the Prescription Pad for all prescription and OTC medication you might need. There new facility is beautiful and much more spacious, too.

These guys have amazing customer service. I’ve always been extremely satisfied with my visits here. They are always willing to help in any way they can. I’ve never come out with A question unanswered. They truly care about the community they serve.
