Stop ticketing my employees cars in the business parking lot you are paid to monitor. We’ve given our license plates to multiple representatives of your company and been assured the behavior will be taken care of, but it hasn’t. Stop doing an awful, lazy job at the service you are paid to provide.

People were very friendly and responsive. Able to answer all my questions. Their website is easy to use. They're a parking monitoring and enforcement company so people are predisposed to not like them and write bad reviews but honestly this company is not bad to work with. If you don't want to have to deal with them, pay attention to the signs and paint markings wherever you're parking and you won't have any issues.

Employees find it appropriate to leave signs in bike Lanes and create hazardous situations for cyclists.nnInformed their employee Shawna of this and she ignored my concerns entirely, after nearly being in an accident due to her disgusting negligence it is clear that she and by extension this company have no care for the safety of riders in this communitynnAppalling.

Great company! Very nice and friendly. The sings in there lots are always posted with all their fines and other information. If i have a problem I give them a call and they work with me which is amazing. Absolutely one of the best small businesses in Boise!

Car Park Boise is definitely one of the better parking companies in town. My issue was resolved amazingly quick and much to my surprise, with compassion for my situation. I used their lot without paying and figured that I could get away with it for the short time that I needed to. The lot had many signs and I just didn’t want to pay. Well the lot attendant nailed me and I had to call in. Instead of being greeted with hostility and greed, I was met with an open mind and a non-vindictive solution. Do I like paying for parking? Of course not, but that is what Boise is now a days. Your welcome to try San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York…that will make you appreciate Car Park that much more.
