Angela Vitek prescribed my 1 year old daughter an antibiotic for an ear infection she had over thanksgiving break. When I took her for a follow up at her regular pediatrician, she still had an ear infection. The dose she prescribed was for a 3 month old. When confronted, her office tried to blame the Pharmacist. Well when I didn’t let it go, her office then insisted she did nothing wrong and some kids don’t respond to the first round of antibiotics. Even with 3 pediatricians and a pharmacist saying it was the wrong dose Dr. Lofgran agrees she did nothing wrong. When I received the bill I tried to dispute it. (Wasn’t the actual bill because I pay my bills) it’s the fact that she still wouldn’t admit she was wrong. I will be contacting the American Medical association and anyone else I have too about this situation. Thank God it was an antibiotic and not a more serious drug. It took a month 1/2, 3 other antibiotics and over $400.00 to fix what could of been handled if someone knew what they were doing. Never ever will I go back to this office. DR. Corinne Bartschi and DR. Eyre at Frontier pediatrics are amazing.

I don't like the changes that happened when they were bought out by North Valley Hospital.
