Willamette Dental Group - Twin Falls

Dr. Rowberry is so kind and patient. He takes the time to explain everything and is mindful of my anxiety. The hygienists are all very sweet and patient as well. The receptionists are also very kind. The office itself is very clean and well taken care of. I have nothing but great things to say about Willamette.

My family and I have been going to Willamette for 4 years and honestly we have NEVER had any issues with staff or dentists in the office. Everyone has always been kind and caring. I will say, I too do not like calling the 800# as I feel talking to the office is much more personal. But I will not allow that to reflect on how I feel about the office.

The only reason I am giving two stars here instead of one is because the staff in Twin Falls really do take care of you. The problem I am having lately is the lack of customer service on the scheduling side. When you call you have to go through their phone service and you have to wait several minutes just to get through. They don't have a local number you can call so they have to route you through to the local person. Lately the local person doesn't answer and they have to call you back. Most return calls don't happen until the next day and it is just my luck that they call me when I'm not available. They don't try to call back a second time and I have to go through the whole call waiting cycle again. This is very frustrating and in my honest opinion isn't good customer service! If it weren't for the fact that their prices are so much less than other local competitors I would have switched to my old dentist Dr. Roberts & Hall.

The prices here are great, the dentists and staff have been nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Will only clean our teeth once a year. Even the ADA recommends twice a year. This place is a joke. Won’t do a crown for my wife till she has a cleaning and waits six weeks by then it will be a root canal. We’ve been paying for over a year and now they also claim they can’t confirm we have insurance. What a disaster of a business.
