Wow.... The reviews here seem to be wildly off base and targeted towards a different care facility. Valley Family Health Care is a doctor's office, not a hospital and is open for the usual doctor office hours. I've been going to this facility for years and Dr. Shannon Schantz, the nursing staff and office workers are all great. I highly recommend the medical professionals here. Emmett has one hospital and it certainly does have a 24 hour emergency room. There are several urgent care centers for after hour needs as well. As for doctor offices, I've had poor care at a different one in town, but everyone at Valley Family Health Care are wonderful.

I have to call several times to ever get through to the receptionists. The nurses are always so rude and everything is so disorganized. Got billed for a doctors visit 15 months after it happened. Never follow back up when we call in. Got yelled at last time I called for asking a question and was told I was being rude and could speak to someone else is a very aggressive tone. I would much rather waste 2 additional hours of my day to travel to a doctors office out of town than go to this disaster of a doctors office again. If I could give -10 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE.

I would have given zero stars, but they wont let you. We had Dr. Sebastian as an ER doctor. She acted like she was on drugs and did not want to be there. She was only concerned with a noticeable problem, not an underling problem. Thank goodness for the quality care of Hospitals over the hill.
