Clock Tower Dental - Darin R. Mooso, DDS

I take care of an adult with disabilities who had an appointment 9/24 at 9am. Well we were running late which I understand is on me. We go into the office and I apologize to the front desk receptionist for being late. (She was a Caucasian female with blonde hair). She states that they’re on a time crunch and he needs to be on time. I again apologize. She goes on to say “well I see that you showed up with coffee” then smirked. My client brought that coffee from his own house, and if he didn’t that’s none of her business either way. We already apologized for being late, things happen. The visit with the doctor was great, but if that’s the customer service I expect to receive when I first walk in I’ll be changing dentists.

Every member of the staff is incredibly welcoming and personable. I’ve never caught anyone on a bad day. Dr. Moosa and his assistant Tracy have changed my life. Before coming to clock tower dental I never smiled and now it’s all I do. I feel better about myself and has helped me with my employment. They listen to your concerns and genuinely care. Excellent work, I won’t go anywhere else.

The office is conveniently located close to our house and school. All staff are friendly and take the time to explain things, whether it is about treatment or costs and insurance. This is a no frills office which I appreciate. Other offices I have been to have all sorts of bells and whistles, but you end up paying for it in the end, even if it isn’t stated in your bill!

Highly recommend! I haven't been to the dentist in 6+ years. What I thought was filling fall out, turned out to be a bad cavity that ate a hole in my back tooth. They were able to get me in as soon as possible. Love that they only use the white porcelain fillings. I was also able to follow up later that week and get a much needed cleaning. The hygienist was great and gentle. At the end Dr. Mooso throughly examined my x-rays with me and explained what he saw and troubling areas I will need to address. Overall, a clean, professional, and friendly staff. I will be going back for the rest of the work I need done!

Dr Mooso and his staff are the BEST. I broke a tooth and they got me in the same day. I needed a crown Dr Mooso was so gentle while preparing my tooth. They assistant was great and the girls up front are easy to work with. I’ll never go any where else. Mike
