I went in today to get my front teeth fixed. I needed to look up the phone number and saw the revews on this place and thought I may have made a big mistake. but when I looked into what they wrote, I can't say I had the same experience as the other two or 3 people.nnEveryone I interacted with have been courteous and pleasant. whenever I call the phone is answered promptly. the only time I was asked about my weight was for medication dosing purposes and were very polite about it.nnas for the work done, I'm pretty happy with it. He was careful and gentle when doing the numbing shot and it hurt way less than I was expecting. I'll need to get an adjustment done since it was multiple fillings, but thats not unexpected and pretty normal.nnso I dont know what made the other people only give 1 star, but from my experience thats not an accurate rating for this dentist.

My hubby goes to Dr Henken. He is very pleased with his work and that's saying a lot!

My kids LOVE going to the dentist!

He is very unprofessional.......his assist is very rude.......they degrade patients that dont have good dental hygeine....isn't that the whole point in going to the dentist is to get better hygiene? How can a person do that if you get criticized your whole visit...belittled and berated......not everyone can be as perfect as Dr. Henken and his staff......he as also has refused to do filling on my son's teeth until he takes better care of them for a year....what b.s. isnt it his job to do filling. And shouldn't he just be happy for the money they bring in...also bringing up a person's weight is ridicul
