Absolutely wonderful experience! The ladies were so nice and explained everything. I will drive the 45 minutes to Gem County for all of my driving needs!nnSpecial thanks to Tanya for making my day brighter!

You have to go early and sign in to get on the list before they are full for the day, then they call you to come down. I stood in line for approx 45 min but, Staff is friendly and helpful. Once i was in, i was out in 5 minutes, this county is by far the easiest to deal with in my opinion.

The people that work for vehicle registration are fantastic group. They went above and beyond in helping my Mother get her new SUV registered. The dealership made a couple of mistakes. These folks called several times to the dealership to get information faxed to them. They were very caring and helpful. I'm glad I live in Gem County. Even though a significant amount of people from Canyon and Ada frequent the Gem County Assessor.

Went in and out within 7 minutes! I even timed it lol! the lady who helped me renew my license was super nice and helpful. honestly deserves a pay raise. The COVID process wasn’t much of a hassle you just need to make an appointment online or else you’ll be stuck there for hours. check their website for scheduling.

horrible waiting times.nyet another week,. (because i get fridays off)nsitting and waiting. its past 12 and no call back.nI was told, that I will get a call between 11 and 12nnI have concour with the post above. Couldn't believe my eyes.nby coincidence i was guided to her desk today. short blond hair lady with glasses.nShe was unprofessional.nshe was ignoring completely,nat which point I had to emphasize that Im the one here to register the vehicle from one person to the other.. and its the fact, that I havent expressed my reasoning, she already was being ignorant with me, like what inthe world.nShe continued to ignore me. I left the office and reported a complaint on her.nbtw. wait time was 4hrs and it took her 45min to register a vehicle.nbtw. they wrote my number wrong, why I didnt get no call. I went to express my frustration, only to find out, they wrote my number wrong.
