I called a week before my appointment specifically asking for the massage therapist I wanted the girl knew I wanted this person scheduled me says I was good to go and she would see me that day. When calling the day of my appointment to confirm the time I was told they switched me to someone else due to a scheduling issue. If you're going to change to someone else call the customer and let them know. I took time off of work so I could get the person I asked for and I couldve stayed at work.

When calling I specifically asked for who I wanted for my massage when calling 5o confirm my appointment they switched to someone else, they said there was a scheduling issue i dont know how that happened when I specifically called and asked for the person I wanted and they gave me the time to come on. I am very disappointed.

Customer Service is excellent here. People are great and will take good care of you. Been going here for a month now and every visit has been consistent of their professionalism in supplying you the right service. Educating you on the causes and what you can do to prevent minor problems from becoming anything major. All and all, excellent service in my opinion. They treat your whole body not just where you're having an issue. I was surprised to receive all the services they offer as part of my regular visit.

Tried a couple different chiropractors in town before being referred to Dr. Ofisa. He is fantastic at what he does and the staff is great as well.
