Limited hours 12 noon to 3 pm. Amazon returns must be packaged.

UPS claims my address doesn't exist even though they have delivered packages to my house previously. They are refusing to deliver my package and are holding it at the depot. They are only open for 3 hours mon-fri. I work 5 days a week. Mon-fri. Now i will have to take time off work just to pick up my package. They are a Joke. Fed ex always manages to get my order delivered usually ahead of schedule. I will go out of my way to avoid UPS.

-Branch consistently delivers to incorrect addresses.nn-Driver’s will sign using ‘SIG ON FILE’ if the receiver isn’t present, leaving any valuable packages outside to be stolen or damaged.nn-Physical drop-off/pick-up hours are an absolute joke.nnOne gold star...
