Costco Pharmacy

I luv Costco but the pharmacy is a joke. I don't know how many times I have called in to make sure prescriptions are filled and ready and to get there and they are not ready and I have to wait even longer for them. They need more competent employees answering the phones.nnMost of the staff is friendly and the prices are good and that is the only reason I keeping coming back but too many more times and I will take my business elsewhere.

I've never had any problems with the pharmacy until today i had called about 2 hours before going in and asked them to cut down my pills from 60 to 30 pills to cut the price in half because they wanted $80 for 60 pills when it's normally about $25 so the guy who answered said no problem it will be done by the time u get here so i get there and the cashier named Suzanne helps me and it's still the same $80 so i said can you please cut them in half i had called hours ago and it was suppose to be changed and ready by now and she just looked at me like im crazy like it was a hard requestcand proceeded to Try taking me into buying the 60 i said 3 times i don't have 80$ that's why i need them cut in half to cut the price in half and she then asked to to step aside to help other ppl and said it would take only about 10 minutes....then after 35 minutes she had helped about 16 people and i noticed she kept just looking at me so i went to the other cashier named emily g. And apparently the pills had been sitting there ready the whole time just suzanne decided not to help me and made me wait she was very rude i am thinking about changing pharmacys and I've been coming here for years what if it was a life or death situation and i needed the medicine now and she just takes it upon herself to mess with peoples time and lives she shouldn't be working there period I'm very unhappy that was completely unnecessary

Sometimes you have to wait for a while when picking up an order,. but the low prices and friendly, professional services are worth it.
