Lava Hillside Suites

Awful management- didn’t answer any questions . The grill and hot plate that was advertised that we can use both didn’t work - they charged at first a $75 cleaning fee and required us to sweep and do dishes, upon checkout they charged us an extra cleaning fee of $150 because we didn’t mop and there was sticky juice on the ground - no mop provided to do this or listed - awful do not recommend going unless you want screwed out of your money hidden fees and appliances don’t work. And super loud pump going all night -

Really nice location, super clean and well kept! I always appreciate dog friendly locations since me and my pup are inseparable and she is my best travel bud. Its really close and convenient to everything, the hot springs are right across the street! Really cozy place to stay for a weekend away.

I need to clarify first and foremost that I didn't stay here. My spouse and I were staying at a different hotel and saw the rooftop bar of the Lava Hillside Suites from the parking lot, so we decided to mosey over and check it out. It had only been open for a couple of weeks, but I absolutely intend to stay here the next time I'm in town. The bar was pretty dead in the middle of the week but we still had such an amazing time. Brandon, who was our bartender, owns and built the hotel with his brother. He was great to talk with and he even took us and a guy from town who had decided to come check the place out on a tour of one of the rooms. They seem cozy, updated and pleasant. I really like all the amenities. They had a grill on the deck! If you notice the random bleachers in the pictures, those are there because of the boxing match they had scheduled for the upcoming Friday. I am so excited to stay here in the future. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is at the top of a hill and the rooftop bar is up several flights of stairs. If you struggle with stairs you probably won't love the bar location, and I do not love stairs myself. But Brandon was so awesome it completely made it worth it for me.

Just had a wonderful experience at Lava Hillside Suites. The room was spotless and the view fantastic. The hot pools are only a two minute walk. Roof Top Bar is very friendly with a great atmosphere.

Super clean. Super rooftop bar. Super large room with big beds..walk to everything in Lava Hot Springs. Very enjoyable place to stay
