Idaho State Liquor Store

There aren't too many options as far as places to buy liquor in this area, so my expectations can't be too high if they don't have competition.nWhen I go there I dont get anyone helping me with questions unless I go to the register and ask.nThey are polite and quick with ringing me up but not too knowledgeable about the variety of liquor.

I lived in a state where you could buy liquor at Costco - the good stuff, mind you - for half the price that you see it here... Why the good folk of Idaho think it's harder to get drunk off wine/beer than hard liquor I can't even speculate... This state is WEIRD about its alcohol!nIn summary: if you're going to buy liquor go to this location rather than the one by city hall - it's always clean and the staff is friendly. If you're from a more alcohol-friendly state... Just grit your teeth and pay the outrageous prices - they're no lower anywhere else, I'm afraid.

Good store with a wide variety of choices for both cheap and pricey booze. The workers are nice as well.
