It is with sadness that I write this review. Dr. Franz himself is one of my favorite dentists I have worked with. He is kind and gentle as well as does excellent work. Unfortunately the office staff make it impossible for me to return. The front desk was so disorganized and borderline dishonest. Twice, at the end of my appointment after services were rendered, was the bill nearly double what was discussed beforehand. 2 separate appointments also had miscommunications that led to me not getting much needed work done. The dental assistant, Mariana was especially rude and unprofessional.
