Dr. Unger let my preschoolers ride up and down on the chair, counts their teeth with them, uses Mr. Thirsty (the suction) and has sugar free xylitol candies and a treasure chest at the end. My 4 year old now lets her polish her teeth after cleaning and my 3 year old is close. They go every 6 months and ask when they get to go again and are so excited when the time comes. She is very thorough with my visits and my husband and has great suggestions.
