Dr. Wray has always been so kind and helpful. I appreciate the professionalism of everyone that works in his office.

Well Dr Wray lost a patient today. I have been a long time patient. I had a terrible allergic reaction to an infusion medication and broke out from scalp to calves with a burning itching rash. I went to urgent care and they helped somewhat but left me confused. I called Dr Wray first thing Monday morning and they wouldn’t see me for 20 days. Not acceptable. That is why we establish our care with a physician. Needless to say I called Idaho Skin Institute and they got me into Dr Batty same day and between him and his nurse Becca I was never so grateful. Kind and competent people.

My doctor refereed me to Dr Wray's Blackfoot office. I was contacted and returned the phone call as it was a Friday afternoon the office was closed and I left a voice mail that call was never returned. I was contacted the next week and talked to the same person I had left a voice mail for and was told they did not get the voicemail and it would not have mattered because they had been too busy to return phone calls on Monday !! fast forward one week and I received a voice mail concerning setting up my appointment. I returned the call midday on Thursday and actually talked to the office staff and was told that they could not locate my file and that the person I had been in contact with had my file and was out of the office. I was assured that i would get a call back Friday morning. Friday no phone call..... Monday no call.... Tuesday no call.. Tuesday afternoon I called my Doctor to have me referred to another Dermatologist. 1 hour later I had an appointment !! 65% percent of a visit to a doctors office is dealing with the staff. How can I trust my health care with a group of people that cannot return a phone call? It certainly doesn't instill confidence in their competence. I did receive a phone call on Wednesday from the same person who was totally unaware that I had left a message the previous Thursday. This guy might be a great Doctor, but I will never know; I had to take my cancer somewhere else. The poor management of the office and multiple communication breakdowns make getting any medical care difficult at best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wray for about 5 years. I have a serious family history of skin cancer so have had several suspicious moles removed, and several for cosmetic reasons. No problems. For the past 5 months I have been under the care of Julia and her nurse, Chancie, for some cosmetic proceedures to improve some very stubborn spots on my face. The staff has always been great with me, and I have always been satisfied with the services.

Surprised at the negative experiences of other patients, my experience has always been excellent. Dr Wray is very pleasant, always Professional, and his current staff is the same. I will continue to see him.
