After waiting a month for our appointment we received an email the day prior saying they had some questions about our insurance and a please call the office, we attempted to call two times with no answer the following day we called the office to verify the location only to be told we didn't have an appointment on the books and never had one. after arguing for a few minutes they finally told us that they had canceled our appointment due to not receiving a call back. No where in the email or voicemail were we told they would be cancelling the appointment nor did we receive an email of cancellation. This is a mental health facility no wonder so many people dont seek the treatment that they need when the level of professionalism is so poor.
