I really love these people. Dr Fernandes and Tami are the best Dr and Nurse team. They're kind, attentive, and very thorough. I hate going to the doctor and I'm a very nervous patient. They've always been accommodating and truly care. They remember everything and when I go in they treat me like family. I'll likely never get over my fear of going to the Dr's office but they make me as comfortable as any human being could. I feel very blessed to have chosen them and I sincerely appreciate them. Lastly, the ladies at the desk and lab techs are wonderful people too. I wish I didn't freak so much when I go to the Dr but they make me feel like I'm not just a number but somebody they care for sincerely and they're genuinely kind.

Roberta gives excellent care and advice, but that's the only positive I can give. For example, getting test results takes multiple calls to their office, getting a testing order for a blood retest that my oncologist in Boise wanted done took forever, and the office staff was snippy. Then, they don't even do that simple blood test, so I had to go to the hospital or a lab requiring another trip. They are only open 4 1/2 days a week, and they do not allow their answering service to call them for prescription refills after hours or on weekends. If you have an ongoing condition that needs monitoring, blood testing, and meds, I would suggest you go elsewhere. I will be.

Dr Fernandez responded right away after calling into the clinic's answering service. He listened and was very receptive to my concerns. He called me back once he had arranged an order for me. I felt like he really cared about making sure I received the best care.

I've been seeing Dr Luis Fernandez for about two months. He is very much a appointment only type of person even for small things like medication refills. Which took me two weeks to get the office to call in. Then at the appointment one is rushed out the door. I would suggest almost anyone else.

I really like Dr fernandez I was glad I found him. He has told several times to call him if I have a problem. Well I've tried twice in 2 weeks to talk to him but can't get through the receptionists. I have a disc going or gone in my back and wanted to try to get home health for a couple weeks to give my back a rest. But again I was told couldn't do that without seeing the doc which unfortunately I can't drive my truck with my back the way it is. So the recepptionist says do the ambulance thing which costs Medicare a fortune and then I would be stuck in pocatello with no way to get back lava. She then says well that's what taxes are for. When your monthly income is only 840 taxes are not in m/ buget. What happened to compassion for human beings I guess that is a thing in the past so I canceled my appointment.
