If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would give him a very large amount of negatives!!! What a pathetic excuse for a doctor! I will never EVER go back and will discourage as many people as I can, from ever going to that clinic!

Went here to see a Dr wendling because my food comes out the other end unchanged. My muscles and body are wasting away. The doctor said he doesn't treat nutritional issues? That I'd need to see a nutritionist. I asked for at least a nausea med but that was too hard for Dr Wendling. He had very poor bed side manner. Nutritionists aren't even doctors so l doubt his recommendation will help? If l needed to see a nutritionist why did he do all that expensive testing? I had a EGD and an emptying test, so I'm sure l paid for the doctors yacht, but lm NO better off for having gone HERE. I got NO answers, spent a lot of time & money & couldnt even get a nausea med. Don't even get me started on how they handled phone calls, calling in meds or the pandemic. Strongly recommend you seek GI help else where.

I would give this clinic 0 stars if I could. I went to see Gregson for a consultation. At the end of the consultation he recommended a colonoscopy and confirmed 4+ times by him and his nurse that it would be covered as a screening procedure due to the circumstance. Before the procedure, I also confirmed with my insurance that screening procedures are free. I was shocked when I received a $1,700 medical bill. The staff coded the procedure as a diagnostic not screening. I have spoken with the entire staff, which refuse to acknowledge their mistake or offer any assistance. Their billing representative, Barbara, neglected to return calls, record conversations or have any etiquette or manners.nnDuring my consultation, I explained to the staff that I would not be able to afford the procedure if it was not covered. He was either dishonest or uninformed which led to this major hardship as a young college student.

Four stars as the font desk was fine and polite. The doctor was a little less one on one felt a little ignored. All in all typical viste with most docs.

An update to this review: The office is running much better since I made the previous review. When I call I get a real person to talk with and the nurse is prompt in replying. I think they have a new office manager.nnCustomer service totally lacking. When calling, after you choose an option the phone rings forever and there is no option to leave a message. To talk to anyone you have to go in the office. I'm waiting for a biopsy report for 3 weeks. My previous medical records were lost in the office for a month. I didn't think it was possible to run a medically office so poorly.
