Caitlin Cox was wonderful. Explained all options to us and helped my daughter make informed decisions for her health. My daughter felt comfortable and cared for. She understood everything that was happening and Ms. Cox made sure to ask if we had questions at several points during our visit. We won't be going anywhere else.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciate that when I arrived on time, Dr Jones was ready for my appointment. I was in and out in a timely manner. Dr Jones took the time to visit with me and discuss any concerns I had.

I love this clinic and the staff! Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful and informative. They also have a great view. Lol. I saw Dr. Vanessa M. Cameron. She was so nice and had all the answers to my questions. Great vibes, a truly lovely human being. Highly recommend.

Kaitlin Cox and the medical staff are great in person but communication outside of appointments is difficult (the portal that used to be available is no longer accessible). Even with a direct extension to the nurses phone you can never get ahold of the clinical staff during or after hours. At my follow up on symptoms and yearly I was turned away for being a few minutes late after waiting in line for a receptionist to become available to check me in. With that being said the staff did find a time to reschedule me in the next week which was very appreciated. It does just seem like the staff is not equipped to handle the amount of traffic here at some times particularly with at home communication. Again not issues with the accuracy of care just felt the surrounding system and traffic is less than ideal if you have a time sensitive issue.

I went to see Kaitlin Cox about some changes I wanted to explore and she was fantastic! She spent an hour with me going over all my options. She listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were and we discussed each one. I never felt like she was pushing one product over the other and I didn't feel like she wasn't listening. I am highly impressed and feel I made the best decision for me with her guidance. I was able to have a open and honest conversation which was also very important.
