Pocatello Mayor's Office

Just experienced the worst treatment I've ever had from city of Pocatello water dept. from a Quibbell Sitt. She treated me like I was a health and welfare case when I was trying to make payment arrangements. I've been a patron of there's for 30 years and have never had a problem with extending the date and have always abided by the arrangements. Pretty sad that they have a monopoly on the water and you can't take business elsewhere

The Mayor’s office has always been so incredibly helpful to our agency. They have helped us to navigate various roadblocks, provided guidance, and had representation at each of our events. I have lived in many cities and never had a Mayor’s office as community engaged as this one.
