Every time I call it's an hour wait time. If you go in person they're like 5 women just sitting there talking, really ?

Horribly disrespectful. A bunch of Hispanics treating everyone like they're the scum of the earth... Unless of course you speak Spanish and are Latino, then they're your best buddy. I should say that is just with the staff at the front desk. The physician we spoke with, and the medical staff, were very friendly and kind. You just have to make it through that horrid front desk... My advice, find another office/location if possible. They all can't be this bad.

Worst place ever I wont name anyone places like this are supposed to empower woman not be little us my nutrionist treated me so horrible I will never step foot in this place again with any of my kids staff is horrible, I had to change my sons formula, she was petty enough to minus off a loaf of bread and minused off a can of my sons formula, like Im some kind of greedy person they made me take all his formula back in and exchange it, it was more humiliateing than anything I give this place zero stars ud83dude41 my situation could have been handled differently than it was any mom is going to go in and get all 8 cans, or 9 even with perscriptions to have it changed my son suffered all through Janurary cause she wouldnt exchange his formula shame on all staff at this location

I literally was crying on the phone over missing my appointment today, I was an hour off in my time, I begged to get in as I've been waiting like 2 weeks already and she was going to make me wait another when we have no food, and the woman on the phone was rude to me refused to help and then hung up on me. I spoke with rose and I'm reporting her to the BBB.

Never call this clinic. If you need help, you HAVE to go in. Even if it's a 2 second question. Average phone call wait time is LITERALLY an hour.
